Pinnacle of Excellence: Premier Digital Publisher, Receives Finalist Nomination for “User Experience Design” Award, Further Elevating Its Illustrious Achievements
Clinton, NJ (August 12, 2023) – International Healthcare Media (IHM), LLC, a worldwide communications media enterprise that connects healthcare providers, patient warriors, patient advocates, and patient caregivers through its powerful digital platform, continues to be recognized as a multimedia trailblazer. Once again, IHM has been named a finalist by Folio: Eddie & Ozzie, this time in the “User Experience Design” category.
Chris Ciraulo, President, CEO, and Group Publisher noted that, “The recent accolades underscore our unwavering dedication to crafting top-tier content for individuals around the globe. Our commitment to social media extends beyond our local community. We resolve it to make our content accessible to all readers, enthusiasts, users, viewers, listeners, followers, connections, and friends.” Ciraulo emphasized that, “Since its inception, IHM has amassed multiple content awards. Being named a finalist in this significant category reaffirms our mission of generating content that enhances health outcomes, quality of life, and the overall quality of care.
Randy Vogt, IHM’s Chief Creative Officer overseeing UX/UI, explained how the new solution that he and his team developed improves user experience when navigating the Ophthalmology 360 Instagram (IG) platform. “Anyone who uses Instagram knows that its redirect UX/UI ‘gold standard’ experience is awful. When redirected to an IG Link Tree BIO (or landing page), finding the link is not easy. It either disappears, or you end up clicking other links to find the original article. We refuse to let our users to have that experience.”
Vogt and his team at IHM created a solution with a link-in-bio website that significantly improves user experience and engagement. The website was designed using Figma and Webflow, collaborative design tools. The responsive design means this new site is seamlessly accessible across various device sizes. It now serves as a centralized hub for all IHM content, providing users with easy access to important links, promotions, and other relevant information. The microsite’s user-friendly interface makes it easier for visitors to navigate and quickly find the content they need to improve patient care. Increased user engagement and revenue naturally follows. Vogt’s team can also track and analyze user engagement using Webflow’s analytics tools, facilitating data-driven decisions and optimizing content strategy. The new microsite is a highly effective and affordable solution that has revolutionized the way IHM, and its branded sites are able to engage its audiences.
Juliana Della Pello, the IHM Communications and Marketing Director stated, “the most recent awards play nicely into our mission of not just servicing healthcare practitioners, but also patient warriors and patient advocates and caregivers. Additionally, social media is of utmost importance to our global community – it allows us to share our unique content in its diverse formats to all practitioners, patient warriors, and patient caregivers and advocates. We are fully committed to our audience and relish the opportunity to provide content to those who can benefit from it.”
