ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving company growth by managing major client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You'll connect with both existing and prospective clients through cold outreach, warm outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions, developing customized solutions that meet their needs.

Drive new business and build strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients and healthcare agency decision-makers through a mix of cold outreach, social selling, and active participation in industry events and medical conferences. Identify and engage key stakeholders, securing in-person meetings to effectively present the IHM suite of capabilities.

Develop compelling, competitive proposals and lead contract negotiations to successfully close deals. Create and execute annual strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets, while expanding the value of existing accounts and consistently generating new opportunities.

Collaborate closely with internal Team Members to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Serve as a subject matter expert for your assigned accounts and therapeutic areas, maintaining a deep understanding of client pipelines, corporate priorities, and the competitive landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of sales experience

• Knowledge of sales and marketing

• Proficient in Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, and Pitch

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to travel both locally and across the US

• Excellent organizational skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
