Jillian is an Account Manager at International Healthcare Media (IHM), where she brings a background in marketing and communications along with hands-on experience in account management, client relations, and operations. Jillian received her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Communications from The College of New Jersey. Jillian's connection to IHM began early, when she interned as a Communications Specialist during her senior year of college and discovered a passion for healthcare communications. After gaining valuable professional experience elsewhere, she returned to IHM as an Account Manager, bringing her skills full circle. Jillian approaches every client relationship with curiosity and care, delivering effective solutions that fit their goals. She believes that clear communication, trust, and genuine partnership are the foundation of improving patient care outcomes and patient quality of life. Outside of work, Jillian loves spending time at the beach, enjoying quality moments with family and friends, and playing pickleball.
