Known for her expertise in strategy development, brand and product marketing, process excellence, and stakeholder engagement, she has built a reputation as a trusted and results-oriented professional.
Currently serving as the Executive Director of Commercial Development and Marketing at Pacira BioSciences, Inc, based in Parsippany, NJ, Ms. Walsh is responsible for shaping and executing the brand and product marketing strategy for a non-opioid pain management portfolio. She also leads strategic platforms and drives organizational priorities aimed at new growth segments and accelerating penetration of the existing portfolio. Additionally, Ms. Walsh serves as the launch leader for a new pediatric indication, demonstrating her ability to drive successful product launches. Reporting directly to the CEO, she directed and managed various ancillary and support services for this 120-bed for-profit community-based hospital. Ms. Walsh played a pivotal role in revitalizing the hospital and supporting the city of East Orange by partnering extensively with the local government. Ms. Walsh leadership focused on improving operational efficiency, implementing workforce transformations, introducing new clinical services to address community health needs, enhancing staff productivity, optimizing revenue capture, upgrading the physical plant, and implementing effective process management.
