Earlier in his career, Rahim has held a variety of cross-functional roles including Head of Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy for Kala Pharmaceuticals and Head of Ophthalmics Marketing for Omeros, where he led the launch of OMIDRIA, an intraoperative pharmaceutical used in cataract surgery. OMIDRIA was sold to Rayner Surgical in December 2021 in a transaction valued in excess of $1 Billion. He is a graduate of both Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) and the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, BC).
