Rahim Hirji, RPh has over 20 years of marketing, medical education and market access experience. He is currently the Vice President, Marketing at Harrow, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to eye care. Earlier in his career, Rahim has held a variety of cross-functional roles including Head of Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy for Kala Pharmaceuticals and Head of Ophthalmics Marketing for Omeros, where he led the launch of OMIDRIA, an intraoperative pharmaceutical used in cataract surgery. OMIDRIA was sold to Rayner Surgical in December 2021 in a transaction valued in excess of $1 Billion. He is a graduate of both Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) and the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, BC).

Deb has over 25 years experience in PR, marketing, advertising, media relations, key opinion leader development, and medical writing. Her educational background in both the medical field and communications, along with her years of hands-on clinical experience, are unique to the public relations arena.

Mario Nacinovich is the Senior Director of Marketing at Théa Pharma Inc. He has held leadership positions at Santen Pharmaceuticals, Eyevance, AiCure, and other companies. Mario co-founded Fission Communications and was a managing partner at AXON for a decade. With a background in ophthalmology and business development, he has worked with Merck, Pharmacia, and inVentiv Health. Mario is an adjunct faculty member at Boston University, a show host on ReachMD, and an author with over 50 publications. He serves on several editorial and advisory boards and is a member of the International Healthcare Media’s industry council. Mario holds degrees from Manhattan College and Boston University, and has completed certificate programs at Georgetown University, Northwestern University, Stanford University, and Curtin University, with certifications from the World Health Organization.

As president she develops integrated multi-channel media plans and provides strategic counsel for the pharmaceutical industry.

Her experience includes brand development, image building, strategic marketing, competitive analysis, customer relationship management, investor and public relations, fiscal planning, event planning, and media management. Ms. Wilkerson holds a degree in marketing and business management from Texas A&M University.

A former sales executive who is now part of one of the health industry’s leading game changer in media planning and buying, Todd has a passion for pharma and media. Having experience on both sides of the business truly gives him the unique ability to understand and help suppliers/sales teams in his current role.
Previous to his role at Compas, Todd gained experience in communication and relationship building in roles with Arthrex, which is in the sports medicine/surgery space, HMP Communications Holdings and Nassau Inn.
